M. Craig Crimmings – “Craig”, a lifelong resident of Orlando, serves as an Executive Vice President and business development officer and relationship manager for the Bank. He has served in a commercial lending capacity for numerous Orlando banks since 1981. Craig has developed a large and dedicated following of high net worth and savvy business customers over his many years of serving customers in the market. Craig is a graduate of Rollins College and the University of Delaware’s Stonier Graduate School of banking.
Michael H. Erdman – “Mike” is an active businessman in Central Brevard County. He owns two new car dealerships, Mike Erdman Nissan-Cadillac and Mike Erdman Toyota as well as the Mike Erdman Used Car Exchange. Mr. Erdman is very active in the community; involved with many philanthropic organizations for over 26 years. Mike has a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the University of Miami. He has been married for 26 years and is the father of seven children.
Joshua High - "Josh" is a CPA and is Founder and President of Enterprise Technology Partners, LLC. His background includes over 25 years of business and management experience ranging from corporate governance, strategic planning, information technology, finance, tax accounting, leasing and asset outsourcing to joint venture creation. His industry experience includes professional services, leasing, banking, transportation, regulated utilities, manufacturing, real estate and health care. In addition, Mr. High's expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, structured-finance, asset securitizations and capital recovery. He has served on several corporate boards, civic boards and commissions. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Florida Southern College.
John Kingman Keating – “John” is the founding law partner of Keating/Schlitt, P.A., practicing in areas of commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial loans, land use planning and development, leasing, management, and tax deferred exchanges. Mr. Keating also owns and operates a title closing agency, Town Square Title, which offers residential and commercial closing and settlement services throughout Florida. John received his Juris Doctorate degree from University of Florida, College of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, American Bar Association and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida.
Charles B. Lowe, Jr. – “Charlie” serves as an Executive Vice President and business development officer and relationship manager for the Bank. He has served in a commercial lending capacity for a variety of Orlando banks since 1974. His “can-do” attitude and comprehensive knowledge of commercial lending has allowed Charlie to help countless local businesses realize their dreams. Charlie has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and earned his MBA from Rollins College.
William S. Moss – “Bill” is a Senior Managing Director of CBRE, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm. His extensive experience and knowledge of the local and national real estate markets allows Bill to provide expert guidance when the Bank is evaluating real estate financing opportunities. Bill is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida.
Steven L. Oktela – “Steve” is an active businessman in Brevard County, currently operating SOMOJO Properties, LLC, a property management company. He formerly owned three Harley-Davidson dealerships. Mr.Oktela is an Air Force veteran, flying a variety fighter and transport aircraft. He flew many combat missions in Somalia. Mr. Oktela calls Brevard County home, having lived here for over 36 years. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in engineering.
Kevin H. Paffrath – “Kevin” is the General Manager of the Conoley Citrus and Conoley Fruit Companies. The Conoley family of companies owns and manages several large groves and packing facilities throughout central and south Florida. Kevin is responsible for overall management of the company operations, marketing, procurement, profitability and forward strategies. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Mississippi and successfully passed the exams for both Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
T. Matthew Ravenscroft – “Matt” serves an Executive Vice President and business development officer and relationship manager for the Bank. He is a seasoned banker having served in a variety of positions in Orlando banks since 1989. Matt has a proven business development record as evidenced by his large portfolio of dedicated customers that have moved from bank to bank with him throughout his career. Prior to joining Sunrise Bank in 2015, Mr. Ravenscroft helped to successfully build Orange Bank, Citrus Bank, Admiralty Bank United Heritage Bank and Old Florida Bank each of which culminated in a profitable merger.
Kevin M. Sacket – “Kevin” is President of the Bank. He has 30 years’ experience in the banking industry including seven years’ experience as a bank regulator for the States of Florida and Ohio. Until October 2010, Mr. Sacket also served as Chief Financial Officer of Paradise Bank, Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to his involvement here,he served as Chief Financial Officer for Admiralty Bank and Treasurer for Admiralty Bancorp, a publicly traded financial holding company based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Prior to Admiralty, Kevin served as chief financial officer of First Western Bank in Cooper City, Florida and prior to that he served in the accounting department and as the primary regulatory and audit liaison for 1 st United Bank in Boca Raton, Florida. Mr.Sacket is also a director of Paradise Bank, Boca Raton, Florida.
